The International HipHop Embassy shall act & serve as the primary diplomatic mission to the HipHop culture & Industry in the USA & worldwide. This office shall serve at the discretion of our Honorable National Chairman General Minister Hashim Nzinga, National Chief of Staff Chawn Castro Kweli & the rest of our NBPP National Central Committee. The national office shall be headed by the National Hip Hop Ambassador, through HipHop Coordinating Committees consisting of our national, regional & local hiphop ambassadors & other parties appointed to serve its purpose & achieve its goals of amalgamating the revoutionary & progressive elements & transforming the negative elements into positive of the culture & industry of Hiphop worldwide. 

The strategy to achieving these objectives shall be based on the legacy & lessons of our late great immortal Black Power General the Honorable Dr. Khalid Abdul Muhammad, our late great martyr of the Black Panthers, revolutionary & recording artist Tupac Amaru Shakur, our comrade revolutionary New Afrikan Elder Mutulu Shakur & all others affiliated from the Black Revolution & culture who were instrumental in creating & implementing the Code of Thug Life amongst the Black Nation worldwide, & the New Black Panther Party National Movement to Combat Black Violence. By taking this strategic approach, we, the New Black Panther Party & all others associated will exert powerful & effective influence on the culture & industry of Hiphop. We will continue the process of taking control of this vital institution in the Black Community which has always served to unite, inspire & uplift the Black Community & Nation globally since time immemorable. This mission is one of the most vital to our people as the culture & industry of Hiphop has been grossly hijacked by our enemy, counter revolutionary & reactionary forces whose sole purpose is to destroy & exploit the Black Community & Nation by any means necessary. By answering this call, we place in our hands a mighty sword to combat these enemy forces & to protect our people from the psychological, social, economic, political & military oppression the reliquishment of this power conduces. We, the New Black Panther Party, say Freedom or Death, Black Power! 

WE will make the NBPP Hiphop Embassy into an instrument & a voice for our political prisoners of war throughout the nation. We will assist the Party in organizing & orchestrating a national outcry & mobilization regarding the conditions behind the prison plantation walls our komrades suffer under, invigorate & galvanize the community in general, hiphop artist & music industry affiliates to pay closer attention to & lend more helpful & necessary support to not only raising awareness of the dire situation in the gulags of the United Snakes of Amerikkka but also supporting the release of our comrades through all means at thier disposal, whether those needs entail financially, donating to & creating defense commitees, assisting with lawyer fees & bail, as some did in the entertainment business in the 60's & 70's, diplomatically engaging others in positions of power throughout the country & the world, utilizing the unique connection artist have with their fans, listeners & supporters on the radio, television, internet, at performances, etc, in particular. New Afrikans constitute a large if not the largest stratum of the entertainment industry & have reached the levels of success they have achieved with the support of the Black, poor & oppressed communities that they come from for the most part. Who buys albums, downloads songs on itunes, pays for tickets to concerts & shows, etc.,? its only right that we remind all those that have the means that everyone that benefits from the community we are fighting to liberate has of their obligation to assist us in that process by any means at their disposal. We will utilize all my resources & assets around the nation in the prison & on the streets at my disposal in ensuring that this dictum is enforced in the shadows & underworld of our society where most have difficulty navigating & manuevering successfully & powerfully & also above ground where the shark tank is just as lethal in the "legitamate" arena of the music industry. Together, the New Black Panther Party & our comrades & affiliates will harness the energy & potential of & in the hiphop industry & culture & direct the necessary forces in assisting in fighting against the horrific conditions & liberating our komrades from the hellish torture of languishing in the koncentration kamps of Amerikkka. Together, well have the whole industry screming #FREEMUTULU, JALIL, SUNDIATA, RUSSELL SHOATZ, CINQUE MCGEE, ETC ETC OR ELSE !! & we wil have a powerful POWERFUL sword of a hiphop office to wield in bringing that reality into exsitence.
